Track your exercise, drinking water and the amount of fresh fruits and vegtables you eat every day—it's that simple!! Everyone can do it… no excuses!
This 8-week challenge will run from November 12th - January 6th.
Prizes are awarded for earning at least 65% of the total available points (we aren't after perfection, just healthier living)!
If you qualify for at least 65% of the total challenge possible points you will receive a choice of Be Well T-shirt, a water bottle, a tote bag or a 2013 Wellness Calendar. If you get 85% of the total challenge possible points for the challenge you will receive a Be Well T-shirt and a choice of one of the following; pedometer, first aid kit, or a multi-tool flashlight.
You can earn an extra 10 points for each of the following: Taking the Online Health Risk Assessment through Health Advocate, registering for and completing a Wellness Workshop through Health Advocate, Knowing Your Numbers at the Employee Be Well Clinic or your Annual Exam, and by attending the Maintain, Don’t Gain Brown Bag on Nov. 15th with Troy Bailey (Library 154; 12-1p).
