The Be Well Sweetheart Challenge is open to all USU employees and their spouse/partner. This is an individual challenge; however working in groups may improve success by providing support and encouragement.

Points are awarded for walking. Even modest lifestyle changes can greatly improve your health and well-being.

This challenge will run from February 11, 2013 through March 24, 2013.

Use the online personal scorecard sent in your weekly email to track your progress throughout the challenge. Enter your weekly points on your scorecard to keep track of your daily steps.

If you qualify for at least 70% of the total challenge possible points you will receive a choice of Be Well T-shirt, a Be Well water bottle, a Be Well mug, or a coupon for a 15 minute massage for your efforts.  If you get 90% of the total challenge possible points you will receive a Be Well T-shirt and a choice of one of the following; a Be Well multi-tool flashlight, a Be Well tote bag, a Be Well water bottle, or a coupon for a 15 minute massage for your efforts.

Walking: To help track your steps, pedometers are sold in the Wellness Center (HPER 109) at our cost ($21 plus tax for Omron HJ-112).  They will become your new favorite little walking buddy!
